The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. We do not require users to create an account to play.
The App, including its graphics, code, sounds, and other content, is owned by us or licensed to us. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies we may have.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in your jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
