Trinath Sai Subhash Reddy Pittala ("we", "us", or "our") built Infinite Labyrinth as a free-to-play mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our application.

1. Information We Collect

Infinite Labyrinth is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data to provide a functional gaming experience.

a) Locally Stored Data

The game stores the following data locally on your device using on-device storage (AsyncStorage). This data never leaves your device:

High scores and game progress
Game preferences and settings (e.g., sound and haptic preferences)

b) Data Stored Online

The game uses Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) to support features such as leaderboards. Data transmitted to Firebase may include:

Game scores and level progress
Anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers generated by the app

We do not collect or store personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

c) Data We Do NOT Collect

Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
Location data
Contacts, photos, or files from your device
Financial or payment information
Advertising identifiers

2. How We Use Information

Any information collected is used solely to:

Save your game progress and high scores
Display leaderboards and score rankings
Maintain and improve the game experience

3. Third-Party Services

The game uses the following third-party services:

Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) – for cloud data storage. Firebase may collect certain technical data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Expo / React Native – the development framework used to build the app. Expo's over-the-air update service may collect basic device metadata (platform, app version) to deliver updates. See Expo's Privacy Policy.

We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or crash reporting services.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties. Data may only be shared with the third-party service providers listed above, strictly for the purposes described in this policy.

5. Data Retention

Locally stored data remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the application. Cloud-stored data (such as leaderboard scores) is retained for as long as the service is operational, and may be deleted upon request.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data associated with the game. Local data is stored using the device's built-in secure storage mechanisms. Cloud data is transmitted and stored using Firebase's built-in encryption and security features.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Delete locally stored data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it
Request deletion of any cloud-stored data by contacting us
Request information about what data, if any, is associated with your use of the app
